Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, operating and managing condition monitoring techniques such as vibration monitoring, thermography and ultra sound monitoring.

The purpose of this role is to develop and operate condition monitoring programs for customers in various industries including oil & gas, petrochemical and process environments. Key activities include setting up and optimizing vibration monitoring routes for rotating equipment, collecting routine and ad-hoc vibration data, analyzing vibration data and reporting abnormalities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vibration analysis and certification on category 1 or 2 preferred. Exposure to condition monitoring techniques such as ultra-sound analysis and motion amplification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment and vibration database using software such as SKF Aptitude or AMS Machinery Manager
  • Perform vibration analysis, recommendations and reporting
  • Monitor key KPIs on periodic basis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or process industries
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment used in various industries
  • Vibration Analyst certification on category 1 or 2 preferred
