Equipment Reliability Specialist

Role Summary
A skilled Maintenance Engineer is required to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and uptime. This individual will provide technical expertise to support the department in maintaining and improving production equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to achieve factory equipment reliability targets.
- Provide technical guidance to team members to ensure maintenance systems and standard operating procedures are strictly followed.
- Oversee the timely and cost-effective execution of major capital investment projects.
- Monitor and control repair and maintenance costs to ensure alignment with budget targets.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automation environment.
- Experience in TPM implementation is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts across all levels of the organization.
