About The Role- We seek an expert to perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of sputtering tools.
- The ideal candidate will execute equipment troubleshooting, address chronic machine issues, and collaborate with engineers on tool improvement.
- This role involves analyzing data to optimize tool reliability, defect reduction, and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) as well as proposing ideas for productivity enhancement and cost savings.
- As a vacuum technology specialist, you will be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for effective tool troubleshooting.
- You will also have opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.
- A motivated and positive attitude is essential for success in this dynamic role.
- As a team player, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be willing to work in a clean room environment.
- Flexibility is key, as this position may require working 12-hour shifts.
- Diplomas in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering are preferred.
- Experience in Mechanical or Electronics is beneficial, as is knowledge of troubleshooting electrical equipment.
- Clean room experience and data analysis skills are valued assets.
- Proficiency in MS Office is necessary for success in this role.
