Sr. Customer Support Specialist

Overview:

Fiamm Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Process new orders into SAP and follow up on orders to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, manage relationships with customers, respond to inquiries and information requests.
  • Check stock inventory to advise Sales/Customers on availability.
  • Monitor advance payments, customer claims, and export control procedures.
  • Evaluate and ensure all documentation and processes comply with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to handle inbound and outbound distribution.
  • Organize shipments (road/sea/air), verify freight costs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the preparation of reports, analysis, and Year End stock takes.
  • Resolve operational issues with 3PL warehouses, customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
  • Negotiate Letters of Credit, verify vendor invoices, and compile weekly submissions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office.
  • Experience with Letter of Credit negotiation.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Tactful handling of difficult customers.
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
