About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at 2060 K-T SARL France. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex equipment at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with Installation Engineers to resolve problems and provide assistance.
  • Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational quality of system equipment.
  • Coordinate actions with customers to address their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Certified engineer or degree from an advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience.
  • Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electro-optical systems.
  • Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things.
  • Fluent in English and French language is a must.
  • Full driver's license.
