Strategic Grant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Grant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the organization in achieving its mission through strategic grant management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure private grant funding from foundations, corporate companies, and institutional donors.
  • Develop compelling grant proposals and applications that align with organizational goals and funder priorities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential funders and proactively identify new funding opportunities.
  • Negotiate grant terms and agreements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with grant funders, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Represent the organization at networking events and industry forums to expand funding opportunities.
  • Partner with program leads to align funding requirements with programmatic delivery and impact measurement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of impact and financial reports to funders.
  • Oversee grant reporting and compliance, working closely with program teams to track program deliverables and budget utilization.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Social Sciences, and at least 5 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or a related field.
