About The Job

As a Senior Manager in the Sector Funds team, you will be responsible for managing grants and overseeing the evaluation and assessment of funding proposals.

The role involves monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with funding policies, and assisting with the development of strategies to enhance effectiveness of funds administration.

  • Conduct assessments of funding proposals and monitor projects' progress, working with community care partners to improve the impact of funded projects.
  • Work with community care partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and scope proposals on developing and enhancing services, and building organisational capabilities to better serve seniors and clients.
  • Analyse data to assess the impact of funded projects, identify opportunities to develop resources to support community care partners at scale, and improve grant design and administration.

Additionally, you will perform all administrative tasks required of the programme, including maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements
  • A degree in a health or social science discipline is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this role.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability and curiosity to learn more about various stakeholders' concerns.
  • Self-starter, meticulous, adaptable to changes, and strong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
