Job Title: Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction cost manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contract Management: Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contract terms, and administer pre- and post-contract duties to minimize risks and maximize project value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
