About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Build an Exceptional Team:
    • Ensure all open roles are filled with high-performing individuals.
    • Plan headcount effectively to grow the team in alignment with the company's short and long-term needs.
    • Maintain an offer-to-acceptance rate of at least 80%.
  • Drive a High-Performance Culture:
    • Hold every manager accountable for their team members' performance.

    • Provide managers with the support, training, and accountability needed to excel.
  • Engage, Develop, and Retain Employees:
