The intern will support in Global & Corporate Frasers Hospitality (FH) People & Culture projects, including assisting in employee surveys, planning and organizing employee events, and supporting the FH Global Mobility Program. Job Description The intern supports new employee engagement activities to enhance event participation and improve onboarding experiences. Responsibilities include: Support the collation, processing, and analysis of people data to provide meaningful metrics for manpower planning. Assist in the preparation and running of festive events, townhall sessions, Fraser Day, etc. Support the end-to-end implementation of platforms across clusters, including focus group briefing and discussion. Assist in the collation of FH Culture Survey action plans, including workshop briefings. Support the design, development, and implementation of content digitization to streamline global processes. Assist in the global recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Key Qualifications A background in Human Resources, industrial organizational psychology, or communications. Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable. Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. Able to articulate ideas and present materials effectively. Enjoys dealing with people and experimenting with new technologies to enhance the people experience. Strong team player, self-starter with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills in data analysis. Diversity brings us closer to the communities we serve.
