Job Title: Compliance Inspector

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting building compliance, inspections and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic/troubleshooting skills and be proficient in completing inspection forms, technical reports, and using CAFM/EAM or Microsoft Office tools. Strong knowledge of relevant standards is essential for success in this role.

This position involves conducting regular and ad-hoc inspections of building systems (structural, M&E, lifts, plumbing, fire protection as applicable) to verify compliance with BCA regulations and project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current and valid BCA license relevant to the trade and scope of work.
  • Diploma or certification in Building Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related trade certification.
