Building Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Building Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc inspections of building systems to verify compliance with building codes and project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and maintenance records; track remediation and follow up to closure.
Key Qualifications and Certifications:
  • A current and valid BCA license relevant to the trade and scope of work.
  • A diploma or certification in Building Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in completing inspection forms, technical reports, and using CAFM/EAM or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills and ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
