Procurement Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ">Sourcing Strategies:
  • To develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • ">Supplier Relationships:
  • To identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers, initiate strategic business partnerships, and negotiate advantageous terms and conditions.
  • ">Procurement Alignment:
  • To align procurement, service management, and corporate objectives to support overall business goals and achieve long-term savings and cost efficiency.
  • ">Risk Management:
  • To conduct audits on trade documentation and contract terms to mitigate risks, collaborate closely with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms, and manage risks associated with supply contracts and agreements.
  • ">Purchase Authorizations:
  • To authorize the procurement of necessary goods and services in line with company policies and finalize purchase details for orders, IT services, and deliveries.
  • ">Contract Reviews:
  • To review and evaluate existing contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness, monitor and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency, and analyze data to predict unfavorable events and develop control strategies to mitigate risks.
  • ">Vendor Performance:
  • To conduct quarterly vendor performance evaluations with key vendors within the Asia Pacific region and collaborate with the internal service management team to consolidate requirements, service scope, and fees into a single contract for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in a global or regional context.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, negotiating advantageous terms and conditions, and managing risks associated with supply contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
