Procurement Expert

About the Role:

The Procurement Expert plays a critical role in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that support operational objectives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing tender documents, and managing the sourcing process using electronic platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and contracts for various procurement needs
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely execution, contract compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Provide guidance and support on sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis to optimize value creation
  • Analyze lessons learned, best practices, and process irregularities to inform continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in any relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Candidates with prior experience in structured procurement environments will be viewed favorably
