Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Are you a seasoned procurement professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic banking environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing activities related to the sourcing of assigned products and services. This includes conducting RFPs, evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and reviewing vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute activities related to the sourcing of assigned products and services.
  • Conduct RFPs, evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and review vendor performance.
  • Create successful relationships with key vendor contacts and participate in vendor's strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish global SLAs and metrics for vendor performance and quality management.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5-8 years of experience and good track record in Sourcing, Vendor Management.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Professional Services and Resource Augmentation categories, preferably in banking and / or financial services industries.
