High-Performance Data Center Maintenance Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will perform critical maintenance and repairs within a high-performance data center operation. You will be responsible for ensuring the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment. Your primary duties include assisting with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, servicing and maintaining them as needed. You will also react to Building Management System alarms, complete emergency repairs when necessary, and work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
You will also assist in completing planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment, including checking the Building Management System for running and alarm conditions. You will respond to HVAC-related client problems, provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects, and conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.
