
Technology Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology recruitment efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and source top technology talent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition or executive search, with a proven track record of delivering results. They will be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
In addition to their technical skills and knowledge, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and roles to ensure consistent business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition or executive search.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically.
