Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring and Administration: Ensure the stability and security of our IT systems, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades and patches.
  • Data Analytics and Dashboard Visualization: Develop and maintain data analytics and dashboard reports to provide insights into our operations and help inform business decisions.
  • Video Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain video content using AI text-to-speech technology to support our residents and staff.
  • Intranet Development and Maintenance: Design and maintain our intranet platform to provide a secure and user-friendly interface for our staff and residents.
  • Flow Diagramming and SOP/Work Instructions Development: Create and maintain flow diagrams and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  • End-User Support: Provide technical support to our staff and residents, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
