About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and service-oriented professional who can work closely with our management team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring expenses, planning staff duty schedules, and ensuring efficient operations in our outlet. They will also be expected to handle customer complaints, provide feedback, and assist in rotating positions to gain a deeper understanding of our restaurant operation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including customer service, inventory management, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor outlet expenses and ensure they are within budget
  • Plan and coordinate staff duty schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in rotating positions to gain a deeper understanding of our restaurant operation
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or above, who possess good communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and are passionate about working in the F&B industry.

Candidates should also have strong PC literacy skills, be well-organized, and self-motivated. Additionally, experience in CRM, food hygiene standards, inventory management, sales management, and customer relationships would be an advantage.
