F&B Team Member

About the Job: This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of service quality, enhancing customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations through excellent food preparation, presentation and delivery. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, taking accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, clearing plates and utensils from tables regularly, and ensuring that food handling and grilling are done safely and in compliance with the restaurant's standards. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a degree in any studies with related F&B experiences. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, cooking skills, social media marketing, inventory management, administration, sanitation and compliance. Additionally, the ability to multitask, handle pressure and provide excellent customer service is essential.
