F&B Operations Coordinator Job Description

This comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in food and beverage operations.

Through hands-on experience, you will develop a deep understanding of daily operations across various F&B outlets.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
  • Rotational Training: Participate in structured training programs, completing all assigned modules and developing key competencies.
  • Service Standards: Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and safety guidelines, consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, handle feedback professionally, and provide personalized service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and stock management, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare operational and sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • A strong passion for the F&B industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, adapting to changing business needs.
