We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Capital Fund Finance at Charterhouse Partnership Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our capital fund finance efforts and will play a key role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coverage: Develop and maintain relationships with financial sponsors, including real estate, private equity, and private credit funds, as well as real estate lending clients.
  • Capital Fund Finance: Structure and execute fund finance transactions for global clients across various strategies, including subscription, GP, NAV, hybrid, and back-leverage facilities.
  • Sponsor Coverage: Originate M&A and financing solutions to support value creation for sponsor-owned companies.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain in-depth financial models to support credit analysis, risk assessment, and underwriting.
  • Transaction Management: Draft and negotiate legal documentation, manage ongoing amendments, and assist with credit distribution initiatives.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and manage revenues and RWA deployed to sponsors and sponsor-owned companies.

Requirements

  • Working Knowledge: Fund financing for private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure funds.
  • Working Knowledge: Subscription facilities and other hybrid and NAV facilities, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Working Knowledge: Credit, tax, and legal documentation framework.
  • Financial Modelling Skills: In-depth financial modelling, due diligence, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
