Job Title: Renal Department Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Renal Department Professional. This dynamic position requires strong communication skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a keen interest in kidney disease management.

Job Description:

This key role involves providing high-quality patient care, support, and coordination in the renal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing case management plans for early chronic kidney disease patients, coordinating pre-dialysis counselling, and facilitating smooth transitions from non-dialysis dependent to dialysis dependent.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably with renal related experience. Basic IT knowledge is also required. A positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
