Job Description:

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with the Sales and CRM teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user accounts for corporate customers
  • Assist the Sales and CRM teams in processing orders and managing customer relationships
  • Prepare documents for tenders and projects, ensuring timely submission and compliance
  • Generate invoices for corporate customers, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies
  • Compile sales and incident reports, providing valuable insights for internal analysis and improvement
  • Support the Sales Manager in clearing customer payables, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office functions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
