
Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the front-desk operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day front-desk activities, attending to student welfare, supporting general administrative tasks, maintaining office orderliness, and assisting with school operations and visitor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations, including handling incoming phone enquiries, attending to courier services, vendors, parents, and students
Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
Data entry (finance and non-finance related)
Collate data and statistics from surveys
Perform photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing of documents
Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as required
Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
Perform other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives, and Heads of Department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent qualification
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist
Prior general administration experience working in a school environment is advantageous
Benefits:
Work Area: Bukit Merah
Working Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
Rest Days: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Contract Period: 1 year renewable contract, subject to the school's approval
