Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the front-desk operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day front-desk activities, attending to student welfare, supporting general administrative tasks, maintaining office orderliness, and assisting with school operations and visitor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling incoming phone enquiries, attending to courier services, vendors, parents, and students

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails

  • Data entry (finance and non-finance related)

  • Collate data and statistics from surveys

  • Perform photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing of documents

  • Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as required

  • Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities

  • Perform other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives, and Heads of Department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist

  • Prior general administration experience working in a school environment is advantageous

Benefits:

  • Work Area: Bukit Merah

  • Working Schedule:

    1. Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
    2. Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
  • Rest Days: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

  • Contract Period: 1 year renewable contract, subject to the school's approval
