About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Industry Sales Manager to drive digital transformation for large Enterprise customers in ASEAN in key verticals like Telco, FSI, Retail, Energy, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers, understanding their business and technology challenges.
  • Develop a holistic vision, strategy, and execution plan for transformation, addressing business value, technology challenges, and increasing innovation and agility.
  • Drive a Challenger Sale, challenging the status quo and inspiring customers to a bolder vision, while addressing short, mid, and long-term time horizons.
  • Provide leadership to orchestrate all AWS resources to support customer success in digital transformation.
  • Account and sales plans to drive revenue growth, developing and closing new sales opportunities by bringing the best of AWS technology and services to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Build a strategic ecosystem of AWS consulting, SI, Data/Analytics, and ISV partners to support the delivery of customer digital transformation outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of strategic technology consulting/sales experience for large Enterprise Customers in ASEAN.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, engage at C-Suite levels, especially CIO, CTO.
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of driving consulting sales engagements in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to think strategically and dive deep into details, driving execution.
  • Experience in Big Data/Analytics engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in driving large-scale digital transformation within large Telcos, Banks, Retail, Energy companies.
  • A strong understanding of Public cloud value proposition.
  • Deep experience in Data, Analytics, AI/ML.
