Job Overview

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will oversee the entire shipping process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of goods. You will prepare and manage shipping documentation, including customs compliance for international shipments, airway bills, invoices, and export/import permits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire shipping process.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to optimize shipping operations and negotiate freight rates.
  • Address and resolve shipping-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and cost allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics for shipping activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in shipping, logistics, or freight coordination, preferably in an international trade environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), transportation management systems (TMS), and MS Excel (for reporting and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, export controls, and customs brokerage procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination across departments and with external partners.
