Service Captain Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Service Captain to join our team. As a Service Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing by setting up tables with the correct number of place settings.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.
  • Stand ready at the pass to pick up dishes that are ready to be presented to guests.
  • Explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting it to guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and refresh the table with finesse once they have finished their main course.
  • Perform additional tasks such as setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher, and other cleaning duties.
