- Track and monitor pending tasks to ensure timely closures and minimize delays.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on post-operation activities to inform stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including assistance with invoicing and payment follow-ups when required.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
