Job Title: Post-Production CoordinatorAbout the Role:We're seeking a highly organized and skilled Post-Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate all post-production workflows at our studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting client deliverables, communicating project expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting Client Deliverables: Translate deliverable briefs into actionable post-production workflows, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
  • Team Briefing: Communicate clear project expectations and context to the post team. Provide timely updates and support.
  • Team Management & Traffic: Assign projects across editors and animators based on availability and skillsets. Balance capacity and prioritize effectively.
  • Timeline Estimation: Create realistic schedules for each project, including buffer time and checkpoints. Adjust proactively as things shift.
  • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with project managers to scope and track post-production budget use.
  • Workflow Oversight: Keep post-production moving smoothly. Flag potential delays early and help unblock bottlenecks.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve post-production challenges as they arise — from missing assets to unexpected feedback.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle versioning, file naming, and final asset delivery.
Creative Input:The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of editorial and motion graphics workflows and terminology. They will also be able to assess creative work and provide constructive, respectful feedback.Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in post-production or creative operations (agency or studio setting preferred)
  • Solid understanding of editorial and motion graphics workflows and terminology
  • Familiarity with post tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, cloud storage, project trackers)
  • Able to assess creative work and provide constructive, respectful feedback.
