Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Post Graduate Programme Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of educational programmes within the Department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative functions for post-graduate programmes, including student applications, financial transactions, programme documentation, academic schedules, course materials, and faculty support.
  • Coordinate programme operations, including managing budgets, coordinating events, and ensuring timely delivery of programme outputs.
  • Support digital learning initiatives, including developing online courses, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with experience in project management tools and databases.
