The **OCBC Graduate Talent Programme**, or commonly known as the Management Associate Programme, is one of the most exciting and acclaimed routes a graduate can take to kickstart their career.

Designed for graduates with up to 2 years of working experience, the OCBC Graduate Talent Programme will help you build a strong foundation in banking to achieve your career goals in the finance industry. Throughout the 24-month programme, you will experience curated job rotations to help you succeed in your role. You will also be mentored by some of the best in the business. At OCBC, we invest in our people and help them achieve their fullest potential.

**Qualifications**
- Graduating by June 2025
- Less than 2 years of working experience as of 1 July 2025 (commencement date of GTP 2025)

- Strong leadership skills with a penchant for problem solving and new challenges
