Customer Service Expertise

The main objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction among guests. This involves supporting the reservations team in meeting key performance indicators, including conversion rates and call quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the reservations team to ensure all key KPIs are met and maintained
• Handling email reservations and internal/external calls according to established standards
• Ensure accurate tracking and rate information is updated in reservation systems
• Maintain high levels of performance within the guest experience, including training and support for the reservations team

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reservations sales
• Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, TARS or distribution systems
• Results-oriented with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Great communication, presentation, and influencing skills
