Central Reservations Representative
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Central Reservations team managing 18 hotels and 9 Serviced Residences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling reservations received via all channels in a timely and accurate manner according to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless pre-arrival experiences for guests by liaising with bookers and hotels/sales teams.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all promotions and hotel details.
- Pursue opportunities for upselling to maximize revenue.
- Accurately record and file all correspondences.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide support to management as required.
- A minimum Diploma in any field.
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is essential for supporting business operations in Japan.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and reservations systems would also be beneficial.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Show strong communication and administration skills.
- Be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu if working on public holidays).
