We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist cum Customer Service Representative to handle reservation requests while delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing reservations through phone, email, or online systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Monitoring availability and optimizing reservation schedules to maximize occupancy or capacity.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of services.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing professional support.
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Guiding clients through services, offers, and matters pertaining company policy.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND ENCOURAGE REPEAT BUSINESS.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ITE certification or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in reservation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
