Key Responsibilities:

Our customers rely on us to transfer money across borders and currencies, and to manage their finances effectively. Your mission is to help them have the best possible experience with our product, working across email, phone, and chat.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Ability to work from the office and be flexible with shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to hustle and take responsibility in challenging situations
