Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring that they derive maximum value from our products or services. Your primary duties will include:
- Servicing Customers: Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Product Training: Delivering comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on how to utilize our products or services to maximize their benefits.
- New Customer Onboarding: Guiding new customers through the initial setup and implementation process, guaranteeing a seamless transition onto our products or services.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Familiarity with HR payroll, leave system, CPF, and OT claims concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers effectively.
- The potential to work independently, with opportunities for growth and training provided.
