About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at 2070 K-T Italy S.R.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
