Career Opportunities: Corporate Secretarial Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial Manager to join our team at CF Administration Pte Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Assume responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters, encompassing both local and international companies.
  • Prepare and draft board resolutions, AGM & EGM documents, and meeting materials with utmost accuracy.
  • E-filing various transactions with ACRA, including Annual Returns, Return of Allotments, and Appointment of Officers.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, preparing relevant papers and documentation.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as corporate secretarial service providers and notary offices.
  • Attend to document notarization and legalization as required.
  • Respond to inquiries from business units and auditors for information and documents.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff members.
  • Manage a small team of corporate secretaries, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services is essential.
  • Possession or pursuit of ICSA or relevant qualifications is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills will enable success in this role.
