  1. Conduct comprehensive research on job advertisements from international job sites, proactively engaging with overseas companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing plan and requirements.
  3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including researching job ads on overseas job sites and approaching international companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
  4. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  5. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations.
