- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on job advertisements from international job sites, proactively engaging with overseas companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing plan and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including researching job ads on overseas job sites and approaching international companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Work closely with internal teams to stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze and execute the Employer of Record (EOR) process for international hires.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related HR functions.
