Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with global objectives, driving a commercially savvy approach while leading a high-performing team throughout the APAC region.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of offerings, including products, services, and digital solutions, ensuring they adapt to shifting market demands and contribute to enhanced profitability.
  • Formulate effective pricing strategies and value propositions tailored to the APAC market, leveraging a strong commercial mindset to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, CoE, and Operations, to ensure unified execution of strategies and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Continuously interact with customers and industry experts to capture valuable insights that drive strategic decisions, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, focusing on nurturing talent and promoting operational excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in offer or product management, preferably in a B2B industrial setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with substantial commercial responsibilities, including direct management of P&L.
  • Demonstrated ability to align regional strategies with broader corporate goals and objectives.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset focused on driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
