We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trading Strategist to join our organization in Singapore. As a Trading Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on researching, interpreting, and capitalizing on crypto trading markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trading strategies around market-making and spot markets.
  • Conduct research to identify potential trading opportunities on centralized and decentralized exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop execution strategies and define optimal liquidity.
  • Manage day-to-day crypto operations, including fund movements, transaction processing, reconciliations, settlements, loan tracking, account opening, P&L calculation, and position management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of working experience, preferably in trading within a global financial trading firm.
  • Prior experience working with Market Making is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of decentralized exchanges, decentralized finance, cryptocurrency concepts, wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
  • Curious and autonomous individual with high motivation and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong maths and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
