Crypto Marketing Specialist

**Role Overview**:
A fast growing crypto startup in Singapore is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and founder, you will manage social content, engage with our community, plan impactful events, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Your expertise in the crypto industry will help us connect with our audience and strengthen our brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness.
- Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with users, addressing inquiries, and driving discussions.
- Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance community engagement and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to amplify our reach and drive campaign success.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to align strategies and campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the crypto space.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years in a marketing role within a crypto-native company.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation.
- Event planning and coordination experience, with a track record of successful execution.
- Strong networking skills and experience working with KOLs or influencers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
