Marketing Manager for Crypto Exchange

**The position is**:

- Full-time basis

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Growth & Sales Manager (Crypto / Blockchain / FinTech) with the responsibility of leading marketing initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating Marketing Brochures
- Creating Landing pages
- Improving website user flow and conversion rate
- Managing Advertising efforts
- Creating online marketing campaigns of various nature
- Promoting Token Minds at online and offline events
- Including Token Minds in media such as podcasts
- Utilizing new media channels such as Twitter and TikTok

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years online marketing experience
- 1 - 2 years’ prior blockchain / crypto industry related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in online ad channels and optimisation, SEO and content marketing
- Strong English writing skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Solid grasp of what value digital assets bring to projects, how digital assets business models work, how startups raise funds through token sales, the latest key industry trends, etc
- Growth Hacking experience is a plus
