**About Our Client**:
Our client is a crypto trading firm with about 100 employees. With deep multi-cycle experience, they unlock new opportunities for their clients at the forefront of crypto capital markets, through providing institutional-grade liquidity, infrastructure and research. In navigating the intersection of traditional and decentralised finance, they work closely with traditional and crypto financial institutions and are currently looking for a Marketing manager to join their team
- Develop and execute all aspects of marketing strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, to further strengthen the brand and drive profitable growth
- Oversee and maintain the company's Public Relations and communications strategy to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the finance industry
- Engage in digital/content marketing, social media, thought leadership content and events to support market growth
- Reporting of analytics and market intelligence to bring competitor and customer insights
- Leverage on existing media relationships to secure positive coverage for new partnerships, product launches and executive profiling
- Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimise future campaigns and find new opportunity areas

**The Successful Applicant**:

- About 5years of experience in a marketing/communications role
- Good understanding of the Crypto market/industry
- Ability to work well autonomously and as an individual contributor
- Good track record in content creation, communications and Public Relations
