Learn more: About the Role We're looking for a self-driven and crypto-native Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across the Kaia Ecosystem. In this role, you'll manage marketing operations end-to-end and collaborate across teams to drive measurable growth and ecosystem engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Web3 environments, understands the nuances of crypto-native marketing, and has hands-on experience in both strategic planning and execution. You'll be expected to turn insights into action, define KPIs, manage budgets, and build meaningful connections across communities and channels. What You'll Do Design global marketing campaigns with clearly defined KPIs and budget tracking. Own and manage full-cycle marketing operations, working cross-functionally to drive company growth in the Web3 space. Research, adopt, and apply best practices in crypto-native marketing tactics, community building, and Web3 ecosystem dynamics.
