  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual revenue established for the territory
  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
    • Enhance customer intimacy across all levels and functions to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with Global Core Accounts Teams and/or Business Units
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
    • Work with technical sales team to establish our products in early phase molecules in clinical development
    • Position Thermo Fisher Scientific Bioproduction as an end-to-end solution partner for all bioprocess needs in Upstream, Downstream and analytics capabilities
