Restaurant Operations Manager Role Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring seamless execution in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurant operations, including front-end and kitchen activities, food preparation and serving standards, hygiene, quality control, health and safety protocols, and minimizing waste.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, team management, and adherence to company policies and procedures is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily activities, including front-end and kitchen operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and serving standards, as well as hygiene, quality control, health, and safety throughout the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Waste Management: Implement strategies to minimize food wastage and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role as Restaurant Operations Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
