Regional Tax Manager Role

At our organization, we provide innovative financial solutions to customers worldwide. As a Regional Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing tax-related matters across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in tax management and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our regional tax setup is aligned with our growth strategy and global expansion plans.

  • Manage day-to-day tax matters and work independently on projects to optimize the regional tax structure
  • Serve as a point of contact for all APAC region tax matters
  • Look after APAC tax aspects of new products
  • Manage tax audits and optimize regional operational tax processes
  • Automate manual tasks to ensure efficiency in APAC tax function
  • Manage indirect taxes, corporate tax, and withholding tax
  • Review and automate tax provisions and review APAC tax returns
  • Monitor changes in local tax laws and assess their impact on the business

We are looking for a team player with excellent analytical skills who can drive multiple projects involving various stakeholders. You should have experience working on APAC tax matters, solid understanding of direct, indirect, and withholding tax in major APAC jurisdictions, and willingness to learn new jurisdictions.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Background in Tax or Accounting
  • Passion for sharing knowledge with non-tax colleagues
  • Experience with tax accounting or willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate tax into practical business solutions
