We're seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our APAC team, providing strong leadership skills to guide our accounting activities in the region. This role will be based in Singapore or Australia, reporting directly to the Director of Finance at our corporate headquarters.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the accounting framework across APAC, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provide accounting & tax compliance support to regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and closing process to enable strategic decision-making.
  • Define and align regional financial and operational processes with corporate finance leadership.
  • Support APAC and country management in establishing, managing, and reporting on financial flows, ensuring alignment with regional FP&A and corporate guidelines.
  • Establish and enforce internal controls frameworks, including expense management and travel policies.
Key Projects
  • Lead special financial initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Over 7 years of experience in a leading financial role in multinational companies.
  • CPA with Big 4 firm experience - must.
  • Fluent in English – must – Mandarin and/or Korean - Advantage.
  • Extensive experience with managing statutory reporting requirements in APAC.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tax, VAT/GST and CIT requirements and more generally APAC accounting laws, standards and regulations.
  • Experience with Pharma/Biotech companies - advantage.
  • Capacity as a regional APAC finance manager position – must.
  • Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - Advantage.
